Women in Skilled Trades (WiST) BC Roadshow 2025 – Empowering Women in Construction

STEP is honored to contribute to the Women in Skilled Trades (WiST) British Columbia Roadshow 2025.

As part of this empowering event, STEP REPS Sharon, Susan, and Dave will be delivering a workshop focused on job search strategies for women entering the construction industry. This session aims to provide practical tools, resources, and insights to help participants navigate and succeed in the skilled trades sector.

The WiST BC Roadshow is a collaborative initiative by Skills for Change, SICA, and BCCA, supported by the Government of Canada. It offers a platform for women, particularly newcomers and racialized individuals, to gain leadership training, industry insights, and mentorship opportunities.
