The BCCA’s Skilled Trades Employment Program (STEP) is BC’s leading construction job-matching program, with 10 Regional Employment Placement Specialists (REPS) across seven regional offices. Based in Victoria, the REPS will support construction job seekers with skills training, employer connections, and ongoing follow-up to help them find and keep employment. The REPS works closely with training providers, community organizations, and employers to connect job seekers with hiring companies. A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required; the role involves travel within Vancouver Island.
