Women in Skilled Trades: Building Futures

STEP is excited to participate in Women in Skilled Trades: Building Futures – Construction and Beyond.

This joint event with Skills for Change’s WiST program showcases diverse pathways into the trades, highlights inspiring stories, and connects women with resources and career opportunities in construction and beyond. STEP REPS Kyle and Building Builders Mentorship Advisor Mindy, will be on-site at our booth to share information about STEP’s programs, answer questions, and provide guidance for women pursuing careers in the skilled trades.

Attendees can also take part in panels, career spotlights, networking sessions, and connect with service providers — all designed to empower women and support their success in the construction industry.
