IMPACT Luncheon with the Northern Regional Construction Association (NRCA)

STEP is pleased to be joining IMPACT, a luncheon-style professional forum that brings together women, those who identify as women, and allies from construction and other traditionally underrepresented sectors across Northern British Columbia.

IMPACT creates space for real, grounded conversation about work, influence, and change in industries that are evolving and becoming more diverse. Rather than focusing on formal training or traditional networking, the event centres on shared experiences, practical insight, and honest dialogue shaped by everyday workplace realities.

The program features a keynote address by Cathy MacKay, CEO of EDI, followed by a moderated panel discussion with speakers from both industry and academia. STEP looks forward to being part of this important conversation and connecting with professionals who are helping shape a more inclusive and representative workforce across the region.
